Clare Linnitt
Solicitor & Partner
Clare specialises in divorce and high net worth cases, however she is highly experienced in all aspects of family law including pre-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, domestic violence cases and disputes concerning arrangements for children. Clare also specialises in cohabitee disputes involving unmarried couples and financial remedy cases following divorces that have taken place in countries outside England and Wales, both of which involve complex areas of law. Clare has won cases at the High Court in London and has a 100% success rate on appeal.
Clare prides herself in listening to and understanding her client’s needs, an acute attention to detail and guiding her clients gently through what can be a distressing and complex process. Clare fights robustly for her clients to achieve the best possible outcome for them.
Qualifying as a Legal Executive in 2002, Clare went on to become a solicitor, gaining a post-graduate distinction in legal practice, before becoming a partner.
In her spare time, although a cliché, Clare loves to travel the world with her husband, Chris and their two sons as often as possible. Clare enjoys yoga, skiing and paddle boarding.
