Kay is Devon born and bred. She is a friendly and approachable Chartered Legal Executive with many years of experience. Having spent over 30 years working in the town, Kay is pleased to be back in Newton Abbot after spending a few years working in Torquay.
Primarily a residential conveyancer, Kay also has some experience in a range of non-contentious matters which is beneficial in property transactions that are related to other areas of law.
She deals with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages including equity release, transfers of equity, and other residential transactions including freehold and leasehold holiday chalet transactions.
Kay enjoys amateur photography and photo editing, music, baking and making preserves. She uses some of her hobbies to raise funds for charity e.g. selling plants and homemade preserves. A couple of years ago she produced calendars using her photographs, the sales of which raised a substantial sum for Breast Cancer Now.
She is a trustee of her local village hall and each January can be found backstage at the Kingskerswell Pantomime, for which she has been stage manager for several years, helping raise funds for local charities.
“Kay was very professional, helpful and she compiled the project in a timely fashion. We have already recommended Kay to others!”
