Louise Arnold is the newest member of our conveyancing team, bringing over 10 years of experience to the Beyond Legal team.
Joining our Tiverton office as a residential conveyancer, Louise has a wealth of experience from her background in finance making her familiar with the workings of banks and lenders. She is well-versed in managing freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgage transactions, Right to Buy transactions and Shared Ownership.
Born in Essex and raised in Somerset, Louise has worked in the South West of England for the majority of her career with a brief stint in Dorset. She enjoys communicating directly with clients and liaising with local estate agents to make the conveyancing process as stress-free as possible, never losing sight of the fact that, for most people, this is their home.
Privately, Louise lives locally and has actually just moved to Tiverton (not just our offices). In her spare time, you’ll spot Louise out walking, gardening, or exploring the plethora of pubs and restaurants that Devon has to offer.
